Shipping Policy

• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Italy and to select EU countries. Availability is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

• Delivery Times: * Italy: Approximately 2–4 business days.

  • EU Countries: Approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

• Damaged Shipments: We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. This is the only condition under which a return or refund will be authorized.

• Customs & Duties: For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties should apply. However, any local taxes or fees incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
